Community Cat Clinic

This clinic is the first of its kind in the Atlanta area. Two existing retail suites were demolished and combined to create the new facility, while the surrounding tenants remained fully operational throughout construction.

The clinic focuses on providing affordable care for cats, reflecting the owner’s passion for feline health. The facility includes a dedicated feral cat room that accepts stray cats and remains open 24 hours a day, year-round. Throughout the project, the owner refined the design and introduced several modifications, all of which were incorporated without impacting the project schedule.
