This 2,675 SF build-out transformed a former bar and restaurant space within a busy retail center into a modern veterinary clinic. The demolition scope included removal of an existing walk-in freezer and refrigerator to accommodate new diagnostic and treatment areas.
The finished facility includes five exam rooms, a state-of-the-art surgery suite, and an advanced dental procedure room.
