Interior build-out of a 31,000 SF robotics R&D facility designed to support advanced automated warehouse operations. The project included high-bay racking with 20-foot shelving, a second-floor conference area, and elevator installation, along with construction of a new loading dock to support an accelerated transition from the client’s previous facility. Morton also coordinated with the local Fire Marshal to allow early occupancy and equipment transfer, delivering a highly functional space aligned with the client’s operational needs and growth.
