Morton Construction transformed a former badminton club into three high-end office suites with dedicated warehouse space. The primary suite includes a new mezzanine adding 1,068 SF, bringing the total to 4,123 SF of executive office space.
The mezzanine serves as a premium conference and client entertainment area, while the main level features custom millwork, a full kitchenette, dry bar, and island. The result is a polished and functional workspace designed to reflect Toccoa Capital’s brand and vision.
