Ground-up construction of a 9,000 SF retail center, divided into six suites, with a TPO roof. During the shell construction, we simultaneously built out a Caribou Coffee in one of the suites, ensuring seamless coordination between the core structure and tenant improvements. The project incorporated multiple artistic elements required by the county, adding unique architectural character to the development. This project highlights our ability to manage complex retail builds while integrating design-driven details and efficiently delivering tenant spaces.
