This project involved a full tenant build-out of a 1,200 SF space transformed into a modern retail bakery. Our team framed and finished new interior walls, completed all painting, installed durable flooring, and fabricated a custom service counter with countertops.

The layout was designed to support an efficient bakery operation, featuring a welcoming front counter for ordering specialty baked goods and a fully equipped production area in the back. The space includes an oven, mixers, refrigerators, freezers, and a dedicated office, resulting in a functional and polished environment tailored to the client’s needs.
