Garland Mountain Sporting Clays & Grill

Two years after a fire destroyed the original lodge, we’re honored to be the contractor bringing this beloved Garland Mountain facility back to life. The new lodge will offer an elevated guest experience while preserving the character of the original mountain setting. We’re excited to watch this iconic destination rise again and look forward to sharing progress as the project takes shape.

Ground-up construction of a 9,000 SF retail center, divided into six suites, with a TPO roof. During the shell construction, we simultaneously built out a Caribou Coffee in one of the suites, ensuring seamless coordination between the core structure and tenant improvements.
The project incorporated multiple artistic elements required by the county, adding unique architectural character to the development. This project highlights our ability to manage complex retail builds while integrating design-driven details and efficiently delivering tenant spaces.
Ace Pickleball Club
Roswell, GA
This former CompUSA was converted into the 39,000 SF Ace Pickleball Sports Complex. The renovated facility contains 14 courts with a new state of the art epoxy playing surface that also glows in the dark for creative competitions. The new mezzanine lounge and viewing area provided the players with a rest stop and a viewing stage to cheer on their fellow competitors. The facility also includes meeting and conference areas and locker rooms. The busy existing retail center remained open and functional during construction.

This project involved a full tenant build-out of a 1,200 square foot space that was transformed into a modern bakery environment. Our team framed and finished new interior walls, completed all painting, installed durable flooring, and fabricated a custom service counter with countertops.
The layout was designed to support a streamlined retail bakery concept, featuring a welcoming front counter for ordering specialty baked goods and a fully equipped production area in the back. The space included an oven, mixers, refrigerators, freezers, and a dedicated office. The result was a functional, efficient, and polished bakery space tailored to the client’s operational needs
Hellena Fashion USA

Interior build-out of a 3,330 SF Hellena Fashion USA uniform store, delivering a functional and well-designed retail environment tailored to the client’s operations. Morton provided hands-on guidance throughout the project, with strong superintendent involvement to walk the client through each phase of construction and assist with key decisions such as cabinetry and layout. The result is a polished, efficient space achieved through a smooth, well-managed process that prioritized communication, clarity, and client confidence from start to finish.
